Through the Program Budget, Member States approve the priorities of the Organization for the biennium, define the targets to be delivered and monitor their achievement. It sets out the resource levels required to deliver the program of work and becomes a tool for PASB to continue increasing transparency, provide more information and strengthen its accountability to Member States.
