Shows the overview of the Program Budgets from 2020-2021 to 2022-2023 and related financing distributed across the Organization’s results and structure. The Base segment is the larger of the two main budget segments and includes the main programmatic framework agreed upon in the PAHO SP. In the 2020-2025 period, base programs are organized in 28 Outcomes. The Special Programs segment fully depends on voluntary contributions and includes Outbreak and Crisis Response (OCR) among others. The budget space assigned to this segment is typically a place holder in view of the uncertainty about the size of the OCR portion.
