PAHO’s evaluation function aims to build a strong culture of evaluation at all levels of the Organization, contributing to improve performance, increase accountability for results, and promote organizational learning.
From Evidence to Action: Building a culture of continuous improvement

Evaluation is a key component of the Organization’s Results-based Management Framework. The purpose of the evaluation function in PAHO is to understand if and how intended and unintended results were achieved and to analyze the implications of these results for PAHO’s stakeholders.
