The Proposed PAHO Program Budget (PB) 2024–2025 follows the results framework of the PAHO Strategic Plan 2020-2025. The 28 outcomes are a joint responsibility of the Pan American Sanitary Bureau, Member States, and partners. They constitute the backbone for organizing the work of the Secretariat and structuring the Program Budget.
Each outcome includes the budget required by the Secretariat to deliver during the biennium, a set of outputs that define the specific results to be delivered in the biennium, along with their corresponding indicators, as well as how the Secretariat will deliver.
